Creature of Habit
What do you do every night before getting into bed? You brush your teeth. It doesn’t take much thought since it is such an ingrained habit. Imagine if exercise was as much of an ingrained habit as brushing your teeth. You would quickly achieve your weight loss goal and improve your health.

Thanks for writing this blog, I really enjoy reading it. Just wanted to testify to the importance of making exercise a habit. When people ask me about how to make it a daily event, I always say that exact thing- it is like brushing your teeth, just somethingyou do everyday. Also doing it at the same time everyday makes it a built in part of your day- that is your time allocated to working out. It is not easy to do with so many other things going on, but just a part of staying fit. I know your previous blog post is right about interval workouts being the most effective, but it is hard to actually put it into practice with confidence! Take Care, see you around BSC.Marcia
