		<description>Thanks for writing this blog, I really enjoy reading it. Just wanted to testify to the importance of making exercise a habit. When people ask me about how to make it a daily event, I always say that exact thing- it is like brushing your teeth, just somethingyou do everyday. Also doing it at the same time everyday makes it a built in part of your day- that is your time allocated to working out. It is not easy to do with so many other things going on, but just a part of staying fit. I know your previous blog post is right about interval workouts being the most effective, but it is hard to actually put it into practice with confidence!
