How to Have a Flat Stomach This Summer
Have you ever looked at an advertisement with a flat stomached model and wished that it was you? Or at least wished bad things would happen to the model because they had a flat stomach and you didn’t? Freak “accident” anyone.
Have you tried to get in bathing suit shape for the summer only to end up spending another year wearing a baggy t-shirt over your nice new bikini? If you were even willing to put the bikini on it the first place? Hello one piece.
Well if you like most (and me right now for that matter) have been struggling to get a flat, toned and sexy stomach, or at least just get rid of the gut, with the same old, boring and ineffective workouts and diet plan, then you will love these flat stomach tips that I have for you.
As most of you know, I spend a lot of my time pouring over research by the experts to help transform my clients’ bodies(and yours and mine) to look and feel their absolute best. And no body transformation would be complete without flat stomach that cause others to wish bad thing upon you. And over the years a few tips have come up again and again because they work. And here they are.
Your “get a flat stomach by summer” tips are;
1.) Stop doing long, slow, boring cardio. Do interval training for fat loss instead. In study after study, interval training has been shown to help burn significantly more fat from around your stomach than regular cardio. Seems we were lied to about spot reduction. Also, interval training keeps your metabolism revved waaaaay longer. Up to 78 times longer that is. For the most bang for your interval buck, work yourself up to ten intervals of 30 seconds work to a 45 seconds rest. Your stomach fat will literally melt off you body.
Interval train and get a flat stomach like hers. As for other things, I believe they require a good surgeon.
2.) Stop eating by the pyramid. 6-11 servings of starch is highly unnecessary and most likely the reason why you can’t get that flat stomach. But it will help you get fat, diabetes and heart disease. If you want to get that flat stomach you’ve been dreaming of you have to get most of your carbs for fruit and veggies. I have been telling people this for a while and use it myself when I want to look my best.
Me last June at a very lean 180 lbs. I have since put on 30 lbs (intentionally) but will soon start using these tips to get myself to a very lean 195 by the official start of Summer.
3.) Stop doing crunches. Not only do most people do crunches wrong but the only thing doing bunches of crunches will get you is a hunched over posture. Not only is looking like Quasimodo not attractive but a hunching posture causes your stomach to protrude even more. Do planks instead. Not only do planks make your core extremely strong, when done correctly they also help you to stand up taller. And unlike hunching, standing up straight will flatten out your stomach almost like magic.
Do these, get a flat stomach like hers.
4.) Stop resting between every exercise when lifting weights. Not only will it make your workouts shorter but the added intensity will raise your metabolism. And a higher metabolism means higher calorie burn which lead to less fat on you and your stomach. Also, lifting weights will help you build muscle tone. And the more muscle tone you have the easier it will be to burn off the fat that your flat stomach is hiding behind.
So follow these simple diet and exercise tips and you will be a flat stomached, fat burning machine. Just be careful when you show off your flat stomach at the beach, you might fall victim to an “accident”.
