Lime Butter Sauce

Here’s what you will need…
  • 1 large garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
Puree garlic with lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
With motor running, add melted butter.
Blend for 30 seconds.
