Just Two Things

I know, staying fit and healthy seems like a lot of confusing work.  Things like trying to figure out which diet to follow or what exercises to do can make everything much more daunting than it really is.

To help you out, I have come up with the 2 most important things concerning your health and wellness that you absolutely MUST do.

Here we go:

1.)  Eat only the foods your body was designed to eat.  We humans have been around for tens of thousands of years but most of the foods consumed today were created in the last hundred.  So do your body the best favor you can and stop eating all the processed garbage of today and fuel it with what was around since we started walking upright.  Things like fruits, green vegetables, root vegetables (i.e. yams, turnip, etc.), meat, poultry fish, nuts and seeds.

2.) MOVE. The human body was designed to move in many different ways.  You have the ability to move heavy things.  So do it. Perform some kind of resistance training, preferably full body exercises with free weight, 3 days a week.  If you want to add a little cardio to it, you can do the exercises circuit style.

If you do just those two things you will make a HUGE impact on your health and fat loss results.  And no, hours of steady state cardio are not necessary.
