The Four Most Important Things You Can Do To Transform Your Body
There are only four things (seriously) that you need to focus on if you want to get the body of your dreams.
I have them listed here by order of importance. So start with 1 before moving on to 2 and so on.
Also, if you are short on time stick to the 1. If you have more time add 2. And so
1.) Eat a Clean Portion controlled diet. You can’t out train a bad diet.
2.) Do Resistance Training. Lift weights at least 2 times a week.
3.) Do Interval/Metabolic Training. Do something that really shoots your heart rate up at least 2 times a week
4.) Do Steady State Cardio. If you have the time and you want do you can add in some regular cardio sessions.
