Exercise Myth: You Need to Workout 30 Minutes a Day if You Want to Lose Weight and Keep it Off

It has been shown in a 15 year study that those who workout more than 7 hours a week gain less weight than those who don’t reach that number.

I think someone needs to put on there sneakers and head to the gym.  I suggest a heavy weight circuit.
